Operations Command Dashboard
Leadership was making decisions from reports that were already four days old. Floges connected ERP, production tracking, and quality logs into a live dashboard so the team could see plant performance the same day instead of waiting for weekly rollups.
Operations managers were pulling weekly reports manually from three separate systems — an ERP, a production tracking tool, and a quality log. Consolidation took two days per week. By the time leadership had numbers, decisions were already four days late. Shift summaries required manual emails from floor supervisors.
There was no single view of current production health. The problem wasn't a lack of data. It was that each system told only part of the story, and people were stitching the rest together by hand.
Mapped the reporting workflow. The core waste wasn't generating reports — it was reconciling three different data formats across three systems that never talked to each other.
Scoped the dashboard around 5 core KPIs that leadership actually made decisions on: daily output vs. target, quality rejection rate, downtime by line, WIP inventory, and shift completion status.
Built integration connectors to the client's ERP (read-only), production tracking system, and quality log. A central data layer normalizes and combines the feeds in real time.
Dashboard live in 8 weeks. First daily stand-up run from the new dashboard rather than emailed spreadsheets on day 1 of go-live.
Month 2 additions: automated exception flags when any KPI crossed threshold, and a shift-end summary email auto-generated from that day's data.
