Q: How can I review the application before publishing?
A: During the design phase, you get to approve each screen of your app before it is developed. Once the development phase begins, Floges Software Solutions forwards ad-hoc beta releases to you as updates as changes are made to your app. You will be able to test the beta releases of your app on your smartphone or tablet devices. You give the final approval before the app is released to market. A full explanation of our ad-hoc distribution releases will be detailed in the proposal for your project.

A: How much time it takes to put together a scope of work depends on the size of the project. We would ask you some basic questions, including:

Q: I'm preparing a new website. Is cross-browser incompatibility really a problem?

A: Yes. Once the project is completed and delivered to you, we are still bound to give you our services in terms of support for 30 Days. We provide support for bug fixing, flaws in the functionality from our end and minor changes that are part of project scope without any extra charges. Once free support is over, based on the project’s requirement you can always have option to go with paid maintenance and support.
Q: What is site maintenance ?
A: Maintenance is a paid monthly/annually contract between Floges Software Solutions and you to provide your website an on-going support. This is good option if you want to keep your website updated with new content because all good web sites have new content updated regularly. Fresh content is what drives your online traffic.
Q: Do you sign non-disclosure agreements?
A: At Floges we always take care and protect the confidentiality of the project information. If you wish to keep the ownership of the developed software to yourself then we are always ready to sign non-disclosure agreement. You will be the only owner and a person who owns rights of the software/Website developed by us.
Q: What assurance can you give me that the idea which I share with you even after signing the NDA will be secured?

Q: How will I receive my project after the successful development?

Q: Can you include a penalty clause in the Proposal if the project is not delivered timely?
A: We do not include penalty clause in the proposal as it cannot be justified. It is highly unlikely event. The deadline of the project is met by Floges in almost all the cases provided there is a delay from clients’ side.

Q: What is the Quality Control Methodology which you have in place?

Q: Do you have Service Level Agreement in place?

Q: How do we communicate the project development team?
A: Our company has its own project management system through which you would be able to monitor the daily tasks and the progress of your project development team. In the PDLC, you can assign tasks and can upload and download documents. You can communicate with your developers via different chat and through e-mails also.
Payment - FAQ
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: For small projects, 50% of the estimated fee must be provided prior to beginning work, with the remaining payment due upon completion of the project. For larger projects, an initial payment representing one-third of the estimated total fee is required. The second payment is required upon the halfway point, with the final third due upon completion of the project.
Q: What is your Refund Policy?
- The deposit paid to Floges Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. covers the cost of Development Services and Consulting Work carried out by our team.
- Floges Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to decide whether a refund is applicable if requested by the Client for any reason.
- It may not be possible to refund a deposit once Floges Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has started the development process.
- A refund is not guaranteed by Floges Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd., but is possible based on execution department’s judgment.
- If deposit has been paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of payment.
- If we have cancelled your project due to any breach of the terms and conditions on your part, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.
- Development Services and Consulting – if the services opted by you are T&M (Time & Material) based services or Hire Dedicated Developer services, these are non-refundable.
